How do I go about getting a design started?
How exciting that you have a wonderful event planned! To begin the design of your invitation, go to the worksheet tab and fill in the blanks, then we will schedule an appointment to sit down together to discuss your theme, and ideas you have to make your invite special. I will show you copies of invitations that I have already designed, or we can work together to custom make one for you.
If I want a design that you already have, how do I go about making it mine?
We will redesign any invitation to make it personal to you. If you like one of my designs, we can make subtle (or not so subtle) changes to it that makes it unique.
Can pictures be included in the design?
Yes, many designs will accommodate a photo or a collage of photos.
What kinds of stationary do you design?
We do all kinds of invitations – bridal shower invitations, wedding invitations, baby shower invitations, birthday party invitations, graduation party invitation, etc. But we also do things like save-the-dates, programs, menu cards, announcements, and thank you notes. Whatever you need, we can do it.
Will I be able to see a proof and make changes?
Yes. Once the design is finished, we will email you a proof and you can make any corrections and/or changes at that time. Once you have signed off on the proof, we will print your invitations.
What is the cost of a wedding package?
Obviously it depends on how elaborate you want your invitation to be. For a basic invitation and response card (both including addressed envelopes and a seal), the cost for 50 invitations would be $250.
What is the time frame from start to finish, including delivery?
Most times, we can have your invitations ready within three weeks. That includes our initial meeting, design, approval of the proof, and printing. If you need your invitations in a hurry, we will do our best to meet your time frame.
What is your return policy?
Because each invitation is personalized, we are unable to accept returns once the invitations are printed.
Do you offer a referral program?
Yes. If you refer a customer to us, we will take 10% off your next order.
Are there discounts or sales?
OH YES! We run several sales during the course of the year, because there is nothing better than a bargain.
