Seating Charts are used at a wedding reception or other special event to direct the guests to their seats.
They are typically displayed at the entrance of the event, framed and placed on an easel.
Seating Assignments can be indicated by table numbers or table names. The chart can also be organized alphabetically or by tables.
Sizes : Sizes vary for each event – any size can be made! Most common size is 24 x 36 ” but choose the size that accommodates the frame or easel you will be using. Please have your guest list in alphabetical order with the seating assignments.
